Stiltner Family Recipes
Tapioca Jello Salad
- 3 cups water
- 1 pkg jello (3 oz)
- 1 pkg instant pudding
- 1 pkg tapioca pudding
- 2 cups canned fruit
- 1 cup crushed pineapple
- 1 tub whip topping (8 oz)
- In a sauce pan, bring water to a boil. Whisk in jello and pudding mixes.
- Return to boil, stirring constantly, boil for one minute. Remove from heat
and add fruit and cool. Add topping and chill for at least 2 hours.
I use any flavor of jello and usually the vanilla flavor of instant
pudding, and any variety of canned fruits. the original recipe called
for orange jello with mandarin oranges for the fruit.
