Honey Glazed Chicken

1 fryer, cut up
1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon cayenne peper

Put in a bag and shake chicken pieces to coat. Then brown in a 1/4 cup of melted butter. Place in baking dish with all the butter and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes uncovered.

Glazing

1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 t tablespoon soy sauce
1/4 cup melted butter
1 1/2 teaspoon curry powder

Mix together and pour over the chicken and then bake for some 45 minutes more. Baste every 15 minutes.
